Overview

The SSAT, together with the Quality and Improvement Agency, is developing a programme to support the implementation of new Diplomas.

The three major strands of work are:

• Development of materials offering support for generic, subject specific and professional development aspects and a virtual learning environment (QIA lead)
• Delivering face to face training and ongoing support for Diploma practitioners across all sectors (SSAT lead)
• Establishing a matrix of national networks in Diploma subjects and regional training and support networks (SSAT lead)
