TIPD offers participants the opportunity of a focused and challenging learning experience, through a period of immersion in the education system of another country. Its main aim is to support the development of the teaching profession and the role of the LA in school improvement. Each study visit will be based around a chosen theme, which LAs choose when applying for the programme.
