Career aspiration programme

This project aims to raise career aspirations amongst secondary school students. The project will involve 25 London schools working in partnership with 25 businesses. Each company will offer four week placements to year 11 students and they will have the opportunity to observe meaningful business activity and participate where appropriate. After completing the course, students would return to their schools where they will share their experience and encourage their peers to aspire to greater things for their future careers.
